When it comes to selling a property, timing is everything! We have no timing needs, therefore we can cater to Yours!
In Step 1, one of the terms we negotiated was Your closing date. In a traditional sale, this date most always means a date:
that works for the Buyer
that you absolutely must be out of a completely empty, and completely cleaned house because the Buyer wants to start moving in immediately!
the Buyer's lender needs to prepare for funding their purchase
Because of these things, 'Your' close date is typically set up to accommodate the Buyer.
When you sell to the SAHA Group, YOU get to set a closing date that works, for You! I cannot express how comforting it can be to know that you have all the time you need to get everything done.
We can close in as little as 10 days, up to as long as you need. Notice I did not say in just a few days, or just 3 days. Why? Deception Buster - As we've mentioned, Full Transparency!
The truth is, it just doesn't work that way, at least not when you are doing everything legally and ethically right to close the sale.
Two main factors that take the shortest possible close time out of our hands are:
how long the title agency needs to complete their work
how long our lender needs to complete their work.
Wait! Lender? I thought this was a "Cash" purchase?

I don't just mean for us either. All cash buyers are using borrowed money! It's someone else's cash and it can be made ready for closing a whole lot faster than a traditional mortgage loan, but there is still a process that takes time to complete before everyone can be ready for closing.
So if you really want a fast closing completed legally and ethically, first of all, you will need to be forthcoming with all property related information. Otherwise, you could be the cause of any delay. However, there will most likely be a weekend involved, so you really should plan for no less than 7 days. If you can allow for 10, and preferably 15 days or more to work for you, this is the best "fast close" timeframe for all parties involved.
Closing day is a very important day for everyone. If you want it fast we can do that! If you want to make sure you have ample time for all your needs, we can do that too!
